Returns Policy

Portable Generators

Portable generators may be returned within 31 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original condition.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your generator. Once we have been notified, the generator must be returned within the 31-day return period.

The customer is responsible for all return costs. The generator must be returned using a reputable courier that provides insurance covering its full value in case it is lost or damaged in transit.

Diesel Generators

Due to their size and specialist nature, diesel generators cannot be returned through a standard postal or courier service.

Our expert Projects Team will support you throughout the process—from selecting the right diesel generator to pre-delivery inspection, delivery, installation and commissioning.

If you experience an issue with your diesel generator, it should be covered by the applicable warranty. Our Service Team can assess the problem and arrange for an engineer to carry out any necessary repairs. Terms and conditions apply.
